Fall Occupancy
Construction is moving along swiftly at the Reflections at Laurelwood site. With the mild winter, significant progress has been made – as of January 2012 we have begun constructing the fourth floor of building one. As shown in the picture to the right and in our construction gallery, the exterior walls of the building are made out of ICF (Insulated Concrete Form). This building will be highly energy efficient with greater sound insulation between suites, which means lower utility costs and more privacy.
Occupancy for this award-winning project is on schedule to occur this coming fall. If you are interested in purchasing a suite, now is the time to do it! Only a few weeks remain where you can purchase a suite and customize it to your own personal preference. The upgrade selection process will begin in March for building one buyers. Units are also available in building two starting from $189,900!
