Reflections at Laurelwood features two state of the art seven storey buildings combing classic design with modern finishes by using both stone and stucco as the main exterior veneers. These two immensely energy efficient buildings use ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) for the construction of the exterior walls and a pre-cast concrete floor on all levels. This superstructure has solid concrete party walls between each suite, providing additional silence and increasing privacy. The building also boosts a stylish front lobby and a visitor’s lounge, a warm, welcoming place for your guests to enjoy while they wait. Including 24-hour secure entry doors with in-suite lock release, it’s almost as good as having your own private security system. We’ve also equipped Reflections at Laurelwood with a multi-purpose event room with a kitchenette – for those incredible parties that just won’t fit in your suite, an entertainment lounge with a billiards table and fireplace, private screening theatre with a state-of-the-art audio-video system, a gazebo with a barbecue and food preparation counter, all surrounded by a beautifully landscaped exterior complete with an underground irrigation system. All of the luxuries of a single detached home with far less maintenance. Each building is equipped with two elevators that include moving service, a moving room with separate entrance, ground floor staging area, and direct access to an elevator. Individually assigned storage units and a separate bicycle storage room are standard features in both buildings, in addition to an on-site management office with dedicated building services so you know your concerns will always be addressed in a timely manner.
General Suite Finishes (Back to Top)
All suites on the first floor will be finished with 9’ ceilings, while the remaining floors are finished with 8’ ceilings, oversized operable transom detailed vinyl windows are also standard throughout the building. A secure, solid exterior door with designer hardware providing homeowners with additional safety in their new home has been included in the standard features of the suites. Interior doors finished with satin nickel levered hardware are surrounded by colonial-style wood baseboards and door casings finished off in immaculate white. Each suite is equipped with either a sliding glass door or a swinging French door that leads to a spacious private balcony, terrace or French balcony. Your floors will never look so good! Each suite comes standard with carpet in the bedrooms, ceramic tile in the washrooms and laundry room, along with your choice of ceramic tile or laminate flooring in the entry and kitchen and laminate flooring or carpet in the living room and dining room. As an added bonus, each suite is equipped with its own individually controlled centralized heating and cooling system – ensuring your home will always be the perfect temperature for you! Both buildings are outfitted with a centralized water softener system improving the quality of your water. Other standard features and finishes include a unitized washing machine and dryer, wire coated closet shelving in all closets, three options of designer paint carried throughout the entire suite, and beautifully fresh California stippled ceilings. With all of these fantastic standard finishes, it’s hard to believe there are upgrades available!

A chef’s dream! With your choice of cabinetry available in five door styles and six colours, your kitchen couldn’t be more customizable. Laminate countertops complete with a 4" high laminate backsplash cover the entire surface of your counter. Four appliances are included as standard finishes to your kitchen. They include a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and over-the-range microwave in your choice of white or black finish.

This spectacular room incorporates a functioning designed vanity with your choice of five door styles and six colours, laminate countertops with a drop in sink and a single lever faucet, a full width vanity mirror, one piece acrylic shower/ tub combination with temperature controlled pressure balance tub/shower faucet. Your choice of ceramic tile flooring is installed in the bathroom, as well as an exterior vented exhaust fan, and privacy locks on all bathroom doors. A bathroom you could only dream of!
Electrical Features (Back to Top)
All suites are built with individual service panels and circuit breakers, pre-wired for cable TV and telephone, and include white Decora designer series receptacles and switches throughout. Standard light fixtures are included in the dining room, bedrooms, foyer, hallways, den, kitchen, walk-in closets and washrooms. Separately metered hydro units ensure personal control of in-suite hydro consumption along with in-suite hot water heaters for faster, hotter water.
Building Security and Safety (Back to Top)
The building provides controlled access to the event room, entertainment lounge and screening theatre, and the garage entrance is operated by a key fob transmitter. The underground garage and stairwells are standard with extra lighting to ensure all areas are well lit for residents. Full ventilation has been installed in the underground garage along with a fire sprinkler system. A sprinkler system is also installed throughout the entire building and suites for added fire protection. At Reflections at Laurelwood we don’t want to compromise the safety of our residents!
Green Initiatives (Back to Top)
Making it GREEN…Insulated Concrete Form construction has been used along the entire exterior of the building ensuring a highly insulated building exterior. Garage ventilation based on carbon dioxide detection, timed lights in garage, stairwells and corridors guarantee 24 hour operation is not necessary. These features will function as needed to ensure power is not being used unnecessarily. We use only high efficiency fluorescent fixtures, energy star appliances where possible, low E Argon filled high efficiency windows, as well as each suite has its own high efficiency heating/cooling unit. Our goal is to provide a comfortable place to live while considering the impact on our environment.

Although the Builder has made every attempt to present an accurate representation of upgrades that will be available at the start of construction, due to changes in manufacturer’s products and inventory, the Builder reserves the right to change their upgrade program at anytime.
• If a product selected by a Purchaser becomes discontinued or unavailable after the Purchaser has made their standard and upgrade selections, the Purchaser will be informed and consulted with to find a suitable alternative product of equal or better quality.
